Oyster Point in Cleveland is located a few hundred metres south of Toondah Harbour.
The mudflats at Oyster Point are used as a high tide roost by migratory shorebirds such as Bar-tailed godwits and Eastern curlews.
Mangroves in this area provide habitat for Mangrove honeyeaters and Sacred kingfishers.
White-faced herons and Little egrets are often seen here.
Other birdlife in this area includes raptors such as Brahminy kites and White-bellied sea-eagles.
