
UPDATE 10 May 2022 – All 53 seats on the Safe Harbour Bus Trip are now fully booked.
The Safe Harbour bus trip has been arranged so Redlands residents can get from Cleveland to St John’s Cathedral in Brisbane, to attend the Opening Night event for the Safe Harbour Art Exhibition on Thursday 19 May 2022.
Passengers taking the Safe Harbour bus trip need to be at St Paul’s Anglican Church at 4 Cross Street, Cleveland no later than 4:45 pm on Sunday 19 May.
The 53 seat bus (pictured) will depart at 5:00 pm sharp to get passengers to St John’s Cathedral in time for the Exhibition Opening event which starts at 6:00pm.
The bus will return from St John’s Cathedral departing at 8:00 pm, arriving back at St Paul’s Church in Cleveland at 9:00pm.
The fare for the Safe Harbour bus trip is $10 per seat return.
Seats are selling fast – so be quick if you wish to be on the bus.
Opening Night
The opening night event will be the first opportunity to view and purchase the art works by more than 20 artists.
Complementary wine and cheese will be served, including some vegan cheese.
The Safe Harbour Art Exhibition opening will include welcoming remarks from two speakers:
- Dean of St John’s Cathedral, the very reverend Dr Peter Catt
- Robert Bush from the Queensland Wader Study Group.
